Narrative

A section of stainless steel pipe was forged closed on both ends and later placed back into the forge. The injured employee was hammering material at the anvil with his back turned to the forge when the closed stainless steel pipe ruptured, propelling itself from the forge and puncturing the employee's lower back. The employee also sustained a fractured tailbone.
