Fractures and surface, flesh wounds

A maintenance employee was fixing a three-tier mold in the tool work warehouse. The employee was pushing the top portion of the mold while it was affixed to a hoist. The uneven distribution of weight in the mold caused the mold to swing around and the latch locks at the ends of the mold cast came open, catching the employee's right forearm and wrist between the hoisted mold latch locks and the mold on the second tier. The employee was hospitalized with crushing and impaling injuries to his right wrist and forearm, a chest laceration, and a fractured nose.
