Narrative

The injured employee was on a team that was dismantling a scaffold. He was descending a scaffold ladder when the ladder bent backward and he fell. The employee struck a structural beam and then continued to fall to catwalk grating 36 feet below. The employee was hospitalized with multiple fractures.
