On July 11, 2024, at 8:00 AM, an employee was installing floor decking (plywood). He was working from an elevated platform on the first floor of a commercial building when he fell approximately 6-9 feet to the floor. The employee sustained a fractured left wrist requiring hospitalization and surgery.
