An employee was cutting drywall so that feeder pipes could be extended as part of the installation of a transformer (2,000 lbs.). When the pipes were extended, the transformer rolled forward onto them and pinned the employee's lower leg against the wall. The employee suffered fractures to the tibia and fibula.
