Narrative

Two employees were assessing an overhead door that was damaged by a hurricane. The door was under spring-loaded tension when it broke loose, releasing all the tension. The door struck an employee's leg, causing a laceration to the right leg and a fracture to the right tibia. The employee was hospitalized.
