Narrative

An employee was standing on a 12-foot extension ladder painting the exterior of a building when the ladder slipped on gravel. The employee fell approximately 9 feet and the ladder landed on his ankles. Both ankles and his right knee were fractured and the employee was hospitalized for surgery.
