Narrative

An employee was removing tiles from a lift truck and placing them on a roof. The employee stepped on a soft spot in the roof, then took a step backward and fell off the roof, landing on a concrete patio approximately 15 feet below. The employee sustained a laceration to the head and fractures to their left wrist and two ribs.
