Narrative

An employee was using a scissor lift to work on a light pole approximately 20 feet above the ground when a gust of wind tipped the lift over. The employee fell to the ground with the lift and sustained three broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and a fractured pelvis. Outriggers were not used at the time.
