Narrative

An employee was preparing to conduct maintenance on a passenger boarding bridge (PBB) and was ascending on a scissor lift. The employee had his left hand on the scissor lift railing when the railing struck against the PBB and crushed his index finger. The employee sustained a fractured finger.
