Narrative

An employee was injured when they were power washing under a dump conveyor and got caught between the dump conveyor and frame. The conveyor dropped while the employee was positioned underneath the conveyor and above the support frame. They sustained a crush injury to their trunk, consisting of injuries to multiple body parts.
