Employee 1 removed the grate over a drain trench in front of the fryers to remove a clog. Employee 2 was walking back into the area and stepped into the trench with his right foot, causing him to lose his balance. He used his right arm to stop his fall and his arm went into the fryer, resulting in a burn on his right forearm.
