Narrative

An employee was assisting in pouring a concrete residential slab. They stepped backward, slipped on some dirt and fell backward. The employee's hand went behind their head and their thumb was crushed between a rock on the ground and their hard hat. A portion of the employee's thumb tip was amputated.
