Narrative

An employee was checking a customer's rental cabin for yellow jackets. He opened an upper window and went onto the roof. While on the roof, he slipped and fell approximately 20 feet to the ground below. He sustained a kidney lesion, a concussion, and cracked L1 and L4 vertebrae.
