Narrative

An employee was unloading plywood from a telehandler onto the second story of a new construction residential townhouse. They stepped onto the stacked plywood and fell 22 feet onto construction material and the ground below. The employee sustained a fractured skull and jaw. Fall protection was not in place at the time.
