Narrative

An employee was inspecting the seals of freezer doors. The employee opened the door of a freezer using the manual release. When the employee touched the inside seal, the door opened and the employee's right hand became caught between the freezer door wall and the handle of the door. The employee's middle fingertip was amputated.
