Narrative

Three employees were disposing of wood debris by lifting it over the parapet wall panel of a sidewalk shed, pushing it out beyond the panel, and dropping it to the ground level. The debris caused the parapet wall panel to separate from its structural supports. The debris then fell, causing one of the employees to fall along with it. The employee suffered injuries to the hips and legs.
