An employee was feeding paper into a rewinder machine. He stepped onto the embosser roll (a giant stamping pin) while the remote control was in jog mode, causing him to roll forward. His left hand was pulled into the rollers resulting in injury to his hand. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
