Narrative

On September 9, 2024, an employee was cutting the mill banding off a bundle of square tubes when the steel tubing fell approximately 1 foot and struck the employee's feet. The employee's feet were pinned under the pipes, resulting in injuries to the metatarsal region of both feet.
