Narrative

An employee was having issues with a forklift while maneuvering a pallet in the warehouse. He parked and dismounted the forklift and his colleague entered the operator cab to maneuver the pallet. The colleague reversed the forklift and struck the injured employee on his right side, resulting in a broken right foot.
