Narrative

An employee was test running a bare engine on an engine stand using a wiring harness and instrument panel. Hardware that was left in the flywheel snagged the wiring harness that was used for test running. This accelerated the instrument panel attached to the harness in a circular motion and it struck the employee in the face, chest, and leg. The employee sustained chest contusions and lacerations to their face and leg.
