Narrative

Employee 1 was loading product onto a pallet when he was struck in the back by a pallet of product being moved by employee 2. Employee 1 was pinned between the two pallets. When the pallets were moved to free employee 1, he fell to the floor. He sustained a compression fracture in the lumbar region of his spine.
