Narrative

On September 19, 2024, at 8:10 a.m., an employee was operating a powered industrial truck (PIT) with no load when they contacted the base of a vertical material racking system. Upon contacting the racking system, the employee became pinned between a horizontal cross-beam and the operator booth of the PIT.
