An employee (employee 1) working on a commercial roof project entered a dumpster on site to move and secure some debris. Another employee (employee 2) threw debris from the roof down into the dumpster, and the debris struck employee 1's hand. Employee 1 was hospitalized for multiple fractures to their hand.
