On September 23, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM, an employee was using a radial arm saw to cut 8-inch long aluminum angles used in columns for canopies. The metal piece kicked while being cut, pulling the employee's left hand into the blade and resulting in amputation of their left ring and little fingers.
