An employee moved a pipe stand to paint a pipe. When he leaned his upper body into the pipe (from the elbow end) to check the interior paint, his body weight caused the pipe to fall off the stand. The employee sustained fractures to their left arm and left leg, as well as a laceration to their right foot.
