Narrative

An employee was walking on the timber reject incline conveyor deck to unjam a timber. He stepped on loose floor grating that slipped out from under him and he fell approximately 15-20 feet to the timber reject landing deck. The employee was hospitalized with a broken left arm and required surgery.
