Narrative

An employee was observing solar panel maintenance while positioned on a 4/12 pitched roof. The employee lost balance on the roof and fell 15 feet to the ground below. The employee sustained a loss of vision in the left eye, several cracked ribs on right side, skull and orbital fractures, a nose fracture, a collapsed sinus, a brain bleed, several lost teeth, and an injury to their nose/brow ridge.
