Narrative

An employee was hanging a cable lasher on fiber lines while in an elevated bucket truck. The crew moved to the next setup and the employee was ejected out of the bucket, falling to the ground approximately 15 feet below. The employee suffered a broken right foot and ankle, a bruised stomach, and a fractured jaw.
