Narrative

On November 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., an employee was exiting a residential roof onto a ladder when the ladder slid out from under him. He fell down the ladder for approximately 10 feet, landing on the side of the ladder. The employee suffered approximately four broken ribs and bleeding to the spleen.
