Narrative

An employee was standing on a pallet to reach for product on top of a gondola. She went to step onto a mobile product cart less than 1 foot in height when she fell backward off the pallet. She went to catch herself and landed on her arms. The employee suffered fractures to both arms and a broken wrist.
