Narrative

An employee was walking in the company parking lot, going from the office to her personal vehicle at approximately 1:20 AM on 11/25/2024. She slipped and fell on black ice. The employee was hospitalized with a broken jaw requiring surgery, broken teeth, and a laceration to the chin requiring stitches.
