Narrative

The injured employee was preparing slings to wrap around a quartz bundle to hang on the forks of a forklift. The forklift operator exited the forklift to assist the employee. The forklift moved forward, pinning the employee against the quartz bundle. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.
