Narrative

An employee was pushing a cart up a small ramp to the sidewalk. When he stepped on the yellow braille pad on the ramp, he slipped. His legs went in opposite directions (splits) as he fell on the sidewalk. The employee sustained fractures to his left ankle and right shin.
