Narrative

On December 30, 2024, a temporary employee was cleaning up trash around an open area of the worksite. As the employee stepped over a foot-long piece of angle iron they tripped, causing them to fall forward to the ground and strike their chin on an additional piece of angle iron. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to the neck.
