Narrative

On January 7, 2025, an employee was putting the flipper (metal hinged plate) down on the deck of his car hauling trailer to bridge the deck gap for positioning vehicles. The employee's right middle finger became caught between the flipper and the deck, resulting in a tissue amputation to the fingertip.
