Narrative

At about 10:00 a.m., on January 10, 2024, an employee was moving a truss with a truck-mounted crane. The employee fell from the control platform of the crane to the ground about 4 feet below. The employee suffered four broken ribs, a bloody nose, and swelling on the brain.
