Narrative

An employee was on a metal roof while securing a sheet of metal on the edge of the roof. The employee slipped on the wet metal and fell 16 feet to the ground. A drill subsequently fell and stuck his face. The employee suffered a broken nose, three fractures in their vertebrae, and a tear in their spleen.
