Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting the heating elements of an extruder. After checking the area where the heating elements are located, he stepped back and his foot became caught in loose wires hanging from the extruder. He lost balance and fell onto his right side, resulting in a fractured right femur. The employee was hospitalized.
