Narrative

On February 27, 2025, at 7:25 AM, an employee was retrieving a box of personal protective equipment from a storage rack while on a ladder. They were descending the ladder when the ladder slipped and they fell 8 feet to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with facial fractures and a right wrist fracture.
