Narrative

An employee was picking brake drums for an order. The employee moved the pallet of brake drums into the aisle, then backed the forklift out of the aisle and got off. The employee went to pull the brake drums (approximately 75-80 pounds each) onto the skid when they slipped and his right index finger was caught between the brake drums, resulting in partial amputation of the fingertip.
