Narrative

An employee was on a ladder testing an electric display sign that had just been installed on a canopy at a gas station. He went to move the ladder and the ladder dropped. The employee fell 12 feet onto the concrete driveway, resulting in a broken wrist, broken leg, and a head contusion/concussion.
