An employee was cleaning and mopping the floor of a restroom after repairing a toilet. The employee tripped over the metal support bracket for a privacy wall and fell. The employee suffered a fracture to the left femur at the knee (extending into the joint), as well as displaced fractures to the right humerus (specifically the humeral neck and the greater tuberosity) without dislocation.
