On March 21, 2025, an employee was clearing trees and brush from a utility right-of-way. The employee was bucking (cutting) a fallen tree that was approximately 40-inches off the ground when the tree fell onto their left leg. The employee sustained a compound fracture of the left leg requiring hospitalization and surgery.
