Narrative

An employee was making his way to the office to clock in for his shift. He was descending the stairs of the bleachers and some of the bleachers had been pushed in, creating a 6-foot drop. It was dark and the employee fell 6 feet from the bleachers to the concrete floor. He sustained a concussion and a head laceration.
