Narrative

An employee was on a trailer where a diesel hammer was being loaded. The employee was moving a piece of dunnage when the diesel hammer shifted and two of his right-hand fingers were crushed between the dunnage and the diesel hammer. The employee's right index and second finger were partially amputated.
