Narrative

An employee was directing a co-worker who was removing rebar from a semi-truck trailer when the rebar caught his pant leg and he fell 4 feet from the trailer to the asphalt. The employee sustained a laceration to his left leg and fractures to his elbow, arm, and left hip.
