Narrative

An employee was descending the bedside ladder of a pickup truck when his foot slipped and became caught between the tire rim and the ladder. He went to catch himself with his left arm. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to his left tibia, fibula, radius, and ulna and he required surgery.
