A kitchen employee was completing food preparation for lunch. She experienced increasing pain in her neck as she bent down to fill a bucket of ice, brought it over to the cold station, and lifted the bucket of ice to fill the cold station. The employee was hospitalized the following day with a bulging cervical disc.
