Narrative

At about 6:45 a.m. on April 10th, 2025, an employee was lining up a pallet on a mixer palletizer. While he was lifting and placing the pallet on the palletizer, it came down on his right middle finger and crushed it against the machine. He suffered an amputation to the fingertip.
